Reporting to the Director of Clinic Services Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) and the Licensed Therapist Supervisor Senior the Clinical Development Coordinator I provides clinical supervision and consultation to the Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) throughout the Adult BH division. May also complete diagnostic assessments or therapy sessions per agency demand. Activities include staff training and monitoring of the provision of treatment in order to assure that all QMHP services and related documentation meet current Federal State and Local requirements. With a high degree of autonomy this position is responsible for monitoring all QMHP staff credentialing status and manages a schedule that assures that QMHP staff maintains current credentialing status at all times. The Clinical Development Coordinator r I assesses the need for staff training designs and provides trainings for all QMHP staff. This training is a dynamic and interactive event that provides staff with the guidance information materials and resources to continually improve the services provided to consumers of service.
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum Education: Masters Degree in Behavioral Science field
Required Experience: 3 years experience in Human Services Academic or Research setting
License/Certifications: Required minimum licensure: Licensed by Texas Board of Social Work Examiners LCSW or LMSW under supervision for LCSW licensed by Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists LMFT or Licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors LPC or LPCassociate.
