Handle customer inquiries through calls emails and chat support efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
Meet performance metrics including response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience
Requirements:
Education: Minimum high school diploma; bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: 1 to 4 year of customer service experience (preferably in a UK process).
