Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CAN of MN) is currently hiring for fulltime Direct Support Professionals in the White Bear Lakes MN area!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living skills household tasks personal hygiene budgeting and medication administration.
- Transport and accompany residents in community activities recreation and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.
- Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.
- Assisting individuals periodically throughout the overnight shift.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for individuals.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- High School DiplomaGED or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license
- Must pass DHS background study
- Required: experience working with individuals with high behaviors and behavior intervention techniques
- Passionate about serving others!
FullTime Hours 40 hours):
- Weekdays: Monday Friday 2pm 10pm
- Weekends: 6am 2pm 2pm 10pm
There are NO asleep/awake overnight shifts available for this position.

- Fulltime staff who work between 30 35 hours per week are offered the following benefits: Medical and 403B Retirement Plan.
Level II DSP:$20.00 hourly on Weekdays / $21.00 hourly on Weekends
