Position Summary
This position is a Career Development Development Assignments (CDAs) provide opportunities for current employees to develop onthejob by growing their skill sets and providing a fresh perspective in a developmental role. CDAs also build the companys bench strength grow internal networks and support crossfunctional knowledge sharing. As this is an opportunity to develop applicants may not need to meet all minimum qualifications. However they must meet license requirements as specified by federal and local law. With development being the main priority typically the successful candidates benefits salary and job grade will remain the same while in this assignment. This CDA position may last up to 2 years.
Incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and project support for various site departments. The coordinator will: assume responsibility for department programs; participate in the Corrective Action Program (CAP) by leading or participating in root cause evaluations and providing investigative and administrative support for all CAP levels; participate in fleet/site/department selfassessments; develop/modify department procedures; develop maintain and analyze department budget submittals and performance indicators.
Essential Responsibilities
Departments corrective action program owner.
Provide program management oversight of department activities.
Implement and track department contracts and budget.
General department support as assigned.
Develop and maintain department performance monitoring indicators.
Develop and revise department procedures.
Lead or participate in fleet site and department selfassessments.
Minimum Requirements
Associate degree in a technicalrelated field or equivalent work experience.
Ability to plan organize influence and coordinate team efforts without direct supervisory authority.
Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communication.
Demonstrated understanding of company leadership principles including the ability to manage change and adjust accordingly to changing priorities.
Must have a broad understanding of generating station maintenance activities.
Preferred Requirements
A minimum of five years of commercial nuclear power plant experience.
Demonstrated presentation skills.
