Whats on Offer
Initially a casual role with a view to part time work
Stunning work location on 68 hectares
Morning afternoon overnight / sleepover weekend and public holiday shifts available.
What Youll Be Doing
This is a Disability Support Worker role with a difference. Set in a beautiful location the workers for this location will have the opportunity to support participants who want to reconnect with environment spending time by the river working in the garden.
Your participants will benefit from your skills in supporting them hands on to develop key life skills in a positive environment.

About You
Youre an enthusiastic and compassionate individual with:
A deep understanding of the NDIS framework.
Strong communication skills
A knack for building relationships and solving problems.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to upholding work health and safety standards.
Experience working with participants who have complex behaviours and providing personal care.
Experience working with participants who need support with all aspects of daily life including personal care.
