You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a fulltime Peer Support Specialist to clinical services to all clients receiving ACT team services including but not limited to: service coordination including working with the ACT team leader to monitor each individuals clinical status and response to treatment; symptom assessment and management. The Certified Peer Support Specialist also provides essential expertise and consultation to the entire team to promote a culture in which each individuals point of view and preferences are recognized understood respected and integrated into treatment rehabilitation and community selfhelp activities.
