Position Summary
The IU Network Science Institute IUNI led by Dr. Santo Fortunato has immediate openings for one or more outstanding postdoctoral fellows for 1.5 year or potentially 2.5 year posts at Indiana University Bloomington. These positions will work with a number of faculty from across IUNIs core faculty who represent computer science physics psychology and brain sciences informatics social science medicine and more on established and emerging research programs. Applicants with experience in some of the following areas will be preferred. Network theory and methodology Dynamics on networks AI and networks Science of science Network neuroscience Network biology Fellows will take the lead in preparing manuscripts for publication and contribute to grant applications while collaborating on other projects as part of a multidisciplinary team science effort. Depending on interest and qualifications the Fellow may also work closely with aligned centers and institutes such as the Indiana Alzheimers Disease Research Center IADRC the Observatory on Social Media (OSoMe) the Center for Complex Networks and Systems (CNetS) or individual labs of our core faculty.
