You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Department of Political Science in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Iowa State University is seeking a Lecturer to teach two or three courses in the area of international relations and comparative politics. This position requires in-person teaching. Initial appointment length is one semester beginning August 16 2025. Renewal parameters are determined by performance and department need.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
Masters degree in Political Science or related field
PhD in Political Science or related field
Demonstrated teaching excellence at the college level
The Department of Political Science has 19 Tenure-Track and Term faculty a vibrant MA program which serves over 20 students and an undergraduate major with over 200 majors.
