We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Regional Leader to direct three branches (San Diego SoCal Phoenix) in the Southwest region. We are seeking a detail oriented team player with the ability to lead and motivate a successful team build and leverage lasting relationships (internal and external) to achieve and exceed overall financial and performance goals. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Hiring motivating and mentoring a successful team over various roles including branch managers sales and customer service.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors and customers.
Financials including cost control billing collections and Monthly Status Reports.
Cost estimating budgeting and forecasting.
Establishing KPIs for each market.
Work with branch managers and internal customers to develop business plans with specific strategies on how to achieve.
Leverage and reinforce established best practices with OES National Operations and evaluate potential opportunities for improvement in the SW holding teams accountable to internal processes and operational efficiencies. (warehouse order process inventory logistics etc.
Evaluate 3rd party sales strategies and align with OES Leadership on how to implement expansion plans in the SW market.
Evaluate how we can achieve greater efficiency by operating as a Region and not 3 independent branches.
Entrepreneurial mindset using competitive advantage of information to seek and secure nontraditional opportunities.
Required Skills and Abilities
Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective leadership motivational and organizational skills.
High level of accountability and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.
Strong attention to detail and well organized.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Strong work ethic and a cando attitude.
Education and Experience
Proven success in a sales and customer focused environment.
5 years of successful supervisory and business management experience.
5 years of construction equipment and/or supplies experience.
Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) preferred.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Travel is expected within the region and annual meetings.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds if needed.
