Vori Health is looking for a highly motivated Account Specialist with a strong background in Data Analytics that will be responsible for transforming data into readable goaldriven reports for continued innovation client insights and growth. This plays a critical role in analyzing clinical outcomes operational data ROI/savings data and success of marketing campaigns. The role also identifies additional data needs and sources of data that meet the business requirements. The responsibility of the Account Specialist will also include development of dashboards and scorecards with a high level of communication skills to present to internal key stakeholders.
What Youll Do:
Essential Functions:
Collaborate within Account Management team Sales and Marketing to analyze large data sets and prepares visuals and dashboards
Work with a client book of business as their main contact managing those relationships
Use dashboards to identify business insights and trends
Create and maintain documentation related to data analysis data models and data mapping
Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables to Clients Account Management Sales and Marketing teams
Identify additional data needs and sources to grow the business
Identify opportunities for improvement of processes and supports process improvement efforts and creates and maintains accurate procedure documentation
Analyze and identify data quality concerns and collaborate with internal business partners to correct data quality issues and facilitate a resolution between technical business and other stakeholders
Collaborate with Product and Data teams to build out additional reporting to include in client facing reports

Who You Are
Required:
1 years experience in data analytics and Healthcare Benefits
Proficiency in the following:
Microsoft Office especially Excel and/or Google Sheets
BI tools such as Thoughtspot Tableau Looker Sigma etc.
Technical tools and platforms relevant to the industry (CRM systems
Proven experience in compiling and analyzing data
Experience working directly with clients
Experience managing client relationships for ongoing success
Basic knowledge of statistical analysis techniques

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work both independently and part of a team
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work output
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Work authorization/security clearance requirements:
Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States or Canada.

While performing the duties of this job the employee may be regularly required to stand sit talk hear reach stoop kneel and use hands and fingers to operate a computer telephone and keyboard.
