The Amazon General Intelligence AGI organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Autonomy Team in our growing AI Lab space located in San Francisco. This role is ideal for exceptionally talented dependable customerobsessed and selfmotivated individuals eager to work in a fast paced exciting and growing team.
The role requires a high degree of organization attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Applicants must have the ability to communicate well manage multiple assignments simultaneously and maintain professionalism in dealing with building management and leadership staff.
Key job responsibilities Collaborate with Lab team to build an excellent employee experience in the SF office. Create and help implement office procedures to maximize employee productivity. Serve as the primary liaison with building management and vendors (e.g. manage weekly visits and deliveries manage vendor expenses). Provide light calendar and support for AI leadership team members. Support logistics and planning for AllStaff meetings and ownership in managing events. Manage space planning for SF Office. Tracking and helping drive completion of deliverables and following up on open action items for the SF Office. Special projects as assigned.
3 years of senior level leadership support or 1 years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience with executive level calendar management Ability to work MondayFriday onsite at SF office located in the Financial District.
Experience in a fastpaced hightech company Experience managing multiple calendars
