Overview
Were seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager with a background in Physical or Occupational Therapy to lead operations at a busy outpatient rehab center. This role blends handson patient care with team leadership and business oversight ideal for someone ready to step into a clinical leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daytoday operations of the rehab clinic
Maintain a personal caseload while supporting clinical best practices
Supervise mentor and develop therapy and support staff
Partner with regional leadership to drive clinic growth and performance
Monitor operational KPIs staffing and productivity metrics
Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians and community partners
Support quality assurance audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program
Active PT or OT license in the state of practice
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
Prior leadership mentorship or management experience preferred
Strong interpersonal organizational and decisionmaking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)
