Mpower has been providing a range of services to individuals and families for over 45 years. About the Role
This position is a professional opportunity to share and contribute to some significant organisational milestones including the implementation of our inaugural Enterprise Agreement. Key position tasks include being involved with employee relation and industrial relation queries internal investigations performance management health and wellbeing initiatives workforce planning and HRIS/LMS administration. Recruitment also forms a pivotal aspect of the role ensuring our campaigns are responsive to labour market trends optimised with regards to exposure and ultimately attracting suitable applicants to support workforce objectives.

Strong candidates will be self motivated passionate human resources practitioners with an aptitude for learning and development health and wellbeing initiatives and working for a community responsive organisation. Ideally you will have specialised human resources qualifications and experience the ability to work with initiative strong problem solving skills and confident communication abilities. You will also be focused on positive people outcomes developing managers and teams and driving workflow efficiencies.
