Description

Your role


As a People & Culture Officer you will support the daily operations of the People & Culture team gaining hands-on experience and developing skills in various HR functions including recruitment employee engagement training and development and policy review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboardingprocesses.
  • HR Administration: Accuracy rate in maintaining employee records and processing HR documentation.
  • Supporting and assisting leadership on HR related matters.


Skills And Experiences

What youll bring

  • A minimum Certificate IVin Human Resources or a minimum 2 years experience.
  • Understanding of employment legislation awards and workplace laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Eligibility/other requirements

  • Successful completion of a National Crime Check.
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence.
