Description
Your role
As a People & Culture Officer you will support the daily operations of the People & Culture team gaining hands-on experience and developing skills in various HR functions including recruitment employee engagement training and development and policy review.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboardingprocesses.
- HR Administration: Accuracy rate in maintaining employee records and processing HR documentation.
- Supporting and assisting leadership on HR related matters.
Skills And Experiences
What youll bring
- A minimum Certificate IVin Human Resources or a minimum 2 years experience.
- Understanding of employment legislation awards and workplace laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Eligibility/other requirements
- Successful completion of a National Crime Check.
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence.
