As a Senior Customer Success Manager you will be at the heart of our partnerships with universities ensuring they see real value in Handshake. Youll work with key decisionmakers develop scalable engagement strategies and help shape our approach in Germany. Experienced Customer Success Leader You have 3 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management or a similar role ideally in SaaS.

Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder Youre comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisionmakers.

For cash compensation we set standard ranges for allU.S.based rolesbased on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
