Role Description:

There is an opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable applicant to join the Private Capital Administration BPA team in India. The prime responsibility of the BPA team is to deal with business support system upgrades and development small change and major capital projects. This role involves functional and technical support of FIS Investran and Yardi and its ancillary applications used within Private Capital Administration businesses.

The Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provide L1 & L2 Production Support for Private Equity Platform and its ancillary applications by providing timely resolution for functional and technical queries
  • Interact and liaise with technology team and external vendors to resolve queries
  • Analyse operational procedures and processes working with the Private Equity operations team to identify areas for automation to reduce risk and improve efficiency
  • Collaborates elicit analyse outline and develop requirements for dockets and small changes coordinating with business and technology teams
  • Formulate application testing strategies and test plans execute test cases (manual or automated) and review results for Private Equity Platform and all its ancillary applications report and troubleshoot defects
  • Develop as a functional Expert for PCA operations and its platform documenting and developing a knowledge base and crosstraining team members
  • Provide support for new business onboarding as well as growth within the existing client base
  • Work closely with regional functional managers in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation
  • Serve as a Change Advocate; establish trust and gain enthusiasm within the business teams

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

  • A good understanding of the FIS Investran platform overall experience of 810 years and minimum 6 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Candidate should be flexible for working in rotational shifts (Early morning and night shift)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) to interact and manage expectations with stakeholders and management
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks
  • Knowledge of FIS Investran application is must and Yardi Voyager is preferred
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a strong operational background in private equity
  • BA or Project management certification would be added advantage

24 months as a Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant to move as a Team Leader/ Consultant.
Movement within TL and Consultant is 12 months
