We re not concerned about where your experience comes from. Whether you ve led in sports education retail or another walk of life we value attitude reliability and a willingness to grow more than a background in sales.
This is a face-to-face team-based role in Birmingham where you ll work in a fast-paced environment with supportive colleagues who are committed to helping you succeed.
Learn how to confidently engage with potential customers
Build product knowledge and identify customer needs
Work towards clear individual and team targets
Gain practical experience in relationship building and communication
Receive structured training and ongoing one-to-one support
This full-time entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their sales career and develop professionally in a commercial environment.

Have a confident friendly and outgoing personality

You may have previous experience in hospitality retail customer service sports or volunteering but its not essential. Were looking for people with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to succeed.
