You possess extensive experience in estimating high voltage and medium voltage projects. You are a meticulous and detailoriented professional with a knack for numbers and a deep understanding of the tendering process. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills you build strong relationships with stakeholders and can navigate complex negotiations with ease. You are proactive organized and thrive in highpressure environments ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task.
What youll be doing
As an Estimator you will be responsible for developing accurate and reliable tender cost estimates for high voltage and medium voltage projects ensuring that the pricing strategy aligns with project requirements and company profitability. Youll collaborate with project managers engineers subcontractors and suppliers to gather necessary information and ensure seamless coordination between estimating and project teams. Managing and administering the tendering process youll prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents analyze site conditions and maintain organized documentation. Leading a highperforming procurement team you will foster a collaborative and highperformance work environment providing guidance mentoring and training as necessary.

What youll need
You will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating. Familiarity with electrical and construction projects in an estimatingposition is compulsory. If you have a Quantity Surveyor qualification that would be highly beneficial.A valid drivers license is required. You should have a thorough understanding of the tendering process contractual knowledge (JBCC FIDIC NEC3 GCC) and pricing processes. Proficiency in computer skills (Excel Outlook Word MS Project CCS and Buildsmart) is essential along with strong organizational negotiation and communication skills.
