Job Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our team at AUTOBAHN TRUCKING CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Human Resources Executive you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and administration of HR policies programs and practices. This role requires a Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. The job location is Kolhapur Maharashtra India and it is a FullTime employment opportunity. Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
- Knowledge of recruiting and selection processes
- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies
- Good understanding of statutory compliances and labor laws
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in documentation and report preparation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes including screening resumes conducting interviews and making job offers
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
- Administer various HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records
- Conduct employee surveys and compile feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Provide support in disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Assist in preparing monthly reports on HR metrics and trends
- Stay updated with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Support in organizing training programs and workshops for employees
