- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the dealership including sales service parts and finance departments.
- Manage and mentor a team of department managers providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Monitor and analyze market trends identify opportunities for growth and make informed business decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Prior experience in automotive dealership management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving overall dealership performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in dealership management software and other relevant computer applications.

SUMMARY
Our Automotive Group is looking for a General Manager to lead our Dealership in Beckley WV. Youll work closely with management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Help manage all other aspects of the Dealership
- Be passionate about customer retention and CSI
- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts
- Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that will help the dealership meet its goals
- Work with and lead our Fixed Operations Departments
- Be a Servant Leader
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior Automotive General Management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet MS Outlook CRM)
- Professional
- Strong work ethic
- Current valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
