FMH Conveyors is searching for a Project Manager to join our Operations team!
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work closely with multiple departments to create comprehensive action plans to meet budget and timeframes for projects.
- Ability to perform various coordinating duties such as scheduling and tracking orders from onset to completion to delivery.
- Ability to communicate with customers both internal and external to identify and define project requirements scope and objectives.
- Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary
- Evaluate and assess potential problems and proactively work to identify and implement creative solutions.
- Plan and manage project schedules and ensure proper communication to all departments
- Track current projects and proactively coordinate updates to keep workflow on track with internal/external teams and customers
- Ability to work within an ERP system (Epicor) to enter and/or track orders.
- Ability to work with various project managers to ensure resources arrive onsite as scheduled.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Project Management or Business
- 24 years working in manufacturing and assisting in project role
- Experience with vendor compliance scheduling and budgeting
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizationalskills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong focus on teamwork

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job the colleague is frequently required to sit stand walk talk or hear; uses hands to finger handle or touch objects or controls. On occasion the colleague may be required to climb and work in high places stoop bend or reach above the shoulders.
The incumbent must occasionally lift push or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The position is an officebased position with frequent interaction and visits to the manufacturing area.
