Job Title: Conducting Class Lab Ensemble

Job Classification:Education and Training Student

Department: School of Music

Hiring Manager: Rachel Alston

Contact:

Work Schedule: Up to 4 hours per week

Desired Length of Employment: Spring 2025

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Job Description:

Must be enrolled in MUS 4260/5260 conducting class MWF 9:05 am 9:55 am

  • Must be available MWF 9:05 am 9:55 am
  • Play or sing parts as required
  • Assist with various projects activities or tasks related to Performing Arts
  • Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively

  • Assist students in a designated academic subject or discipline as needed
  • Foster educational growth and development; identify educational needs and provide assistance as necessary
  • Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information
  • Provide information and excellent customer service to constituents
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment
