- In a student employee capacity may perform or assist with similar functions of an administrative associate or office manager.
Job Description:
- Greet visitors with excellent customer service
- Packing and shipping recruitment materials
- Loading and unloading fleet vehicles for staff travel
- Assisting with preparation for on-campus events
- Maintaining organization and inventory of travel supplies and equipment
- Running office errands as needed
- Provide general office administrative or clerical support
- May assist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including phone calls messages and mail
- May assist with routing and resolving questions or information requests
- May assist with document preparation filing office records
- Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information
- May assist with office supplies and organization of common areas
- May assist with data entry tasks spreadsheets and reports
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
