Job Title: Graphic Designer with UI/UX Experience

Job Description:
Spikewell is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design branding and creative assets creation to join our dynamic team. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar Odisha. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate client needs into compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of modern design trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually engaging and userfriendly interfaces for web mobile and desktop applications ensuring optimal user experience.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product managers developers marketing) to translate ideas and concepts into creative design solutions.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Create and manage creative assets including illustrations icons logos banners brochures and marketing materials.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to inform and iterate on UI/UX designs.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in graphic design and UI/UX.
- Work closely with clients to understand their branding needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX work and branding projects.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma Sketch and other relevant design tools.
- Strong knowledge of typography color theory layout design and a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of web and mobile design principles including responsive design and interaction design.
- Experience working with HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of frontend development is a plus.
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design UI/UX Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
