Job Description
1. Recruitment Strategy Development
- Collaborate with the HR and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and company culture.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct workforce planning to meet future hiring demands and align with business goals.
2. Job Posting & Sourcing
- Create and post job descriptions on job boards career pages and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through various channels like social media employee referrals recruitment agencies and job fairs.
- Leverage LinkedIn Indeed Glassdoor and other recruitment platforms for headhunting.
3. Screening & Interviewing
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant department managers and teams.
- Use various interview formats (behavioral technical situational) to evaluate candidates abilities.
4. Candidate Experience Management
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates after interviews.
- Maintain a professional relationship with all applicants even those not selected to leave a lasting impression.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements timelines and expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams regarding recruitment efforts.
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate selection.
6. Onboarding and Documentation
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

7. Employer Branding

- Maintain and track recruitment metrics such as timetohire costperhire and quality of hire.
- Use data analytics to improve and streamline the hiring process.
- Monitor and report on key hiring trends sourcing channels and recruitment performance.
9. Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and handle all HRrelated data responsibly.
- Stay updated on industry trends recruitment tools and best practices.
10. Talent Pool Management
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Engage with passive candidates through regular communication and networking.
- Develop relationships with universities professional associations and industry events to source top talent.
11. Collaboration with HR Teams
- Coordinate with HR teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with HR in managing employee retention compensation reviews and performance evaluations.
12. Continuous Improvement
- Continuously improve recruitment processes based on feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
- Stay informed about new trends in recruitment technologies recruitment marketing and sourcing techniques.
13. Diversity and Inclusion
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
- Work to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensure fair hiring practices.
