Associate Manager Finance (D2C Team ITC PCPB)
Location: Kolkata
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager Finance will play a critical role inmanaging the financial operations of ITCs DirecttoConsumer (D2C) businessfor its Personal Care portfolio including brands such as Fiama Engage andDermafique. This role involves ensuring accurate financial planning analysisand compliance while contributing to the profitability and growth of the D2Cvertical.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare and monitor budgets for the D2C businessin collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Conduct variance analysis of financialperformance against budgets and forecasts.
Generate insights through financial modeling andscenario analysis to support decisionmaking.
2. Revenue Management
Track revenue performance across ecommerceplatforms and the D2C website.
Optimize pricing strategies to ensureprofitability while maintaining competitiveness.
Support promotional campaigns by assessing theirfinancial implications and ROI.
3. Cost Control
Analyze operational costs including logisticswarehousing and marketing expenditures to identify areas of optimization.
Work closely with the supply chain team tominimize costs without compromising service levels.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to financial and regulatorycompliance standards for all D2C operations.
Mitigate financial risks through robust internalcontrols and audit processes.
5. Technology & Process Improvement
Leverage digital tools and financial software tostreamline reporting and analytics.
Propose and implement process improvements toenhance efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelors degree in Commerce (BCom) or MBA in Finance froma reputed institution.
Experience:
35 years of experience in finance with a preference forexposure to ecommerce or D2C businesses.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in financial modeling budgeting and costanalysis.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel SAP and data visualizationtools.
Behavioural Competencies:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to financialrisk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to managediverse stakeholders.
