Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient data capturin
- Billing for a variety of Specialist Doctors Allieds GPs
- Have expert knowledge of charge codes and ICD10 codes for all Specialist doctors Allieds and GPs
- Billing optimisation
- Understanding and adhering to the various medical aid agreements in terms of billing
- Attention to detail and abide by each practices specific requirements
- Handle billing queries
- Doublecheck/audit billing
- Record keeping of queries
- Keep up to date with new billing rules in the industry by any means necessary.
- Follow the SAMA billing guide
- Receipting and distribution of billing (when the supervisor is on leave)
- Excellent communication
Qualifications:
- Minimum Matric
- Basic and Intermediate ICD10 coding
- 3 Years
Salary:
Salary for this position will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
