Role:
Executive Fund Raising
Experience 2 to 3 years (Real Estate Industry only preferred)
Reporting Sr Manager Fund Raising
Location Mumbai HO (Khar West)
Salary Range 4L 6.5L
Job Description
- Identifying potential donors: Researching and contacting potential donors
- Creating a fundraising message: Developing a message that appeals to potential donors
- Organizing events: Planning campaigns or events to solicit donations
- Maintaining records: Keeping records of donor information and donations
- Analysing results: Evaluating the success of fundraising events and providing reports to management
- Developing proposals: Creating funding proposals and plans to support the organizations initiatives
- Negotiating: Persuading donors to give and answering questions about the organizations impact
- Meeting legal requirements: Ensuring that all legal reporting requirements are met
Qualifications and skills
- Graduate in any stream
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Numerical skills: The ability to work to a budget and reach financial targets
- Organization: The ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple donor accounts
- Negotiation: The ability to persuade donors and answer questions
- IT skills: A good knowledge of database management
- Candidate must be fully conversant with Fund Raising and Fund Management
- Strong network with Bankers and Financial Institutions
- Proven working experience in Fund Raising from Real Estate industry
