What Youll Be Doing:
As a Maintenance Technician youll ensure that our apartment homes are in excellent condition safe and movein ready. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction and community success.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Completing resident work orders efficiently and professionally.
- Performing general maintenance tasks including painting plumbing drywall HVAC carpentry and electrical repairs.
- Maintaining the pool ensuring proper chemical balance and cleanliness.
- Conducting daily property walks to identify and address any maintenance needs.
- Managing lock systems rekeying units and ensuring secure access.
- Following up on repairs to guarantee resident satisfaction.
- Being oncall for emergency maintenance needs on a rotating basis.

Experience preferred Previous maintenance experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate!
