Job Description
QMHP Fam Supp Coach
QMHP Fam Supp Coach you will work alongside expectant families and families with children from birth through age 5 to promote protective factors and family strengthening strategies in Tarrant County and in surrounding rural counties. You will provide traumainformed culturally and linguistically competent services in home and community settings as well as virtual visits. You will also lead families in group sessions where they will continue to build their knowledge and skills to increase parenting strategies. In this role you will help strengthen children families and the community.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Health and Human Services field of Applied Behavior Analysis Child Development Counseling Early Childhood Education Early Childhood Intervention Education Psychology Gerontology Human Growth and Development Medicine Nursing Physician Assistant Psychology Registered Nurse Rehabilitation & Rehab Studies Social Work Sociology or Special Education. In lieu of degree listed above completion of Bachelors Degree in another area with college level coursework equivalent to requirements for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential. (QMHP certification earned on the job. Spanishspeaking a plus.
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers license.
