Role Summary:
The Culture Coach Manager at Great Place to Work Middle East plays a key role in driving workplace transformation across diverse organizations in the region. This role is responsible for leading the design delivery and impact measurement of culture advisory leadership development and coaching programs based on the GPTW model. Leveraging deep expertise in organizational development and data-driven consulting the Culture Coach Manager partners with clients from the diagnostic stage through to implementation ensuring they derive tangible sustainable value from their engagement with GPTW.
The Culture Coach Manager also contributes to the growth and evolution of GPTW s advisory offerings including internal training content development and strategic thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Advisory Delivery & Coaching
- Design and deliver high-impact workplace culture transformation journeys using GPTW s methodology and global research framework.
- Facilitate strategic coaching sessions leadership retreats and executive alignment workshops tailored to the client s specific context and goals.
- Conduct action planning workshops post-survey to guide client teams through their results and establish targeted measurable change initiatives.
Data Interpretation & Communication
- Analyze and present insights from the Emprising platform Culture Audit and benchmark data to senior executives HR leaders and functional teams.
- Translate complex data into clear actionable narratives guiding decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.
- Train HR teams and internal champions on understanding trust index survey results and embedding cultural improvements.
Content Development & Customization
- Create and customize advisory content toolkits coaching models and workshop materials aligned with the five dimensions of a high-trust culture (Credibility Respect Fairness Pride and Camaraderie).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to build scalable resources and thought leadership pieces that support client learning and engagement.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a strategic partner and coach for client stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Monitor the progress of client action plans and provide continuous feedback adaptation and encouragement to ensure sustained improvement.
- Conduct regular check-ins and post-program reviews to measure impact and adjust strategies as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Data Analysts Relationship Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless and integrated delivery experience.
- Participate in client onboarding sessions certification planning and milestone check-ins to support a unified approach to client value.
Internal Expertise & Growth Enablement
- Provide advisory support during the pre-sales and proposal development phase including the creation of scopes of work methodology narratives and tailored solution packages.
- Participate in internal capability-building initiatives mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the evolution of advisory practices.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in organizational behavior leadership science employee experience and DE&I (Diversity Equity & Inclusion).
Event & Community Engagement
- Represent GPTW ME at industry events client roundtables and knowledge-sharing webinars as a subject matter expert on workplace culture and transformation.
- Lead or co-facilitate community learning sessions for client networks (e.g. Best Workplaces alumni groups or sector-specific peer forums).
Systems & Reporting
- Document all advisory activities milestones and feedback in Zoho CRM ensuring complete transparency and data-driven reporting.
- Track key success metrics such as client satisfaction cultural progress indicators and advisory impact scores.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills particularly with senior leadership audiences
- Coaching certification or experience in executive coaching and leadership development (preferred)
- Deep understanding of organizational development culture transformation models and HR consulting practices
- High data literacy with the ability to interpret and present analytics for executive decision-making
- Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients timelines and deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal skills cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Organizational Psychology HR Leadership Business or a related field
- 5 8 years of experience in culture advisory coaching consulting or a senior HR business partner role
- Experience delivering strategic interventions to executive stakeholders in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms employee engagement tools and CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
