Senior Vice President of Housing Choice Voucher Program & Operations

The Opportunity

Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program and Operations to lead one of the most critical areas of our work. In this role youll be the driving force behind the strategic direction and operational excellence of our HCV program and daytoday operations. Youll work closely with our President and senior leadership team to ensure were delivering services that are efficient compliant andmost importantlypeoplecentered.

Youll also manage and mentor our VP of HCV and VP of Operations helping to build strong teams innovative solutions and a highimpact culture thats ready for the future of affordable housing.

What Youll Do

As SVP youll set the strategic direction for our Housing Choice Voucher program and operations working closely with the President and senior leaders to align efforts with organizational goals. Youll ensure programs are compliant effective and responsive to the communitywhile also finding innovative ways to increase impact and diversify revenue.

Youll oversee operations financial planning and performance management making sure services are delivered efficiently and with excellence. Youll lead and support highperforming teams manage union relationships and foster a culture of accountability and growth.

Youll also serve as a key representative of Elm City Communitiesbuilding strong relationships with HUD local leaders landlords and residents to strengthen our work and expand our reach.

What You Bring

  • A passion for public service and a desire to make a difference
  • A Bachelors degree in Public or Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred)
  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in housing public administration or related fields
  • Deep knowledge of HUD and HCV programs and how to run them well
  • A solid background in property management and operational leadership
  • Experience working within union environments and managing collective bargaining agreements
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative solutionfocused approach

Salary:

Annual salary is $175000 or commensurate with experience
