Job Description
Are you seeking a new opportunity to use your commercial real estate transaction experience Do you enjoy collaborating with clients to facilitate complex deals Join our dynamic team in Seattle as a Commercial Escrow Assistant!
We need a detailoriented professional to provide exceptional service through every step of the closing process. In this 6month temp/contract role youll put your communication and organization skills into action while working with our real estate transactions team.
What youll do:
- Provide escrow services for commercial transactions
- Facilitate real estate transactions with a high level of customer service
- Proactively communicate with internal and external customers
Were seeking someone who:
- Has 3 years of experience working on commercial transactions
- Has excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Enjoys collaborating with clients
- Is dependable punctual and professional
- Has great attention to detail
- Has a high school diploma
