What does your day to day look like

The Finance Business Partner plays a pivotal role in providing proactive commercial insights strategic guidance and counsel across a portfolio of business units. As the primary finance partner to multiple Executives in our Sydney office and beyond you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to drive performance improvements within their units ensuring all commercial operations align with SCAs corporate strategy business plans and annual budgets.

In this role you will take a consultative forwardthinking approach working strategically with stakeholders and confidently influencing senior leaders to optimize commercial outcomes for both SCA and its business units. A true team player you will demonstrate strong judgment and problemsolving skills under tight deadlines while always taking full ownership and accountability for the measures under your control.

What youll need:

• A Degree or relevant finance qualification (CA/CPA)
• Significant experience in a senior finance role and proficiency in relation to management accounting and the preparation of management reports
• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental accounting and operational issues
• Expertise in financial modeling forecasting and budgeting
• Proficiency in financial data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel Domo Power BI)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders
• Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Indepth understanding of key business drivers in large complex organizations like SCA
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to add value & assist in business plan development and goalsetting
• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
