Job Description

We are supporting our fantastic client a notforprofit organisation committed to creating a future where every First Nations child can grow up strong proud and with the skills and opportunities to determine their own futures. The teams work is led by First Nations people driven by culture and designed to create lasting change in education health and community wellbeing.

About the Role
This fantastic organisation are now seeking a highly organised and proactiveExecutive Assistant to provide highlevel support to the teams CEO and other leaders. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment and can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have strong problemsolving skills the ability to manage competing priorities and experience in coordinating action items from meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEOs diary emails and correspondence ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritisation.
  • Organise meetings take minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team including preparing reports and presentations.
  • UseMonday and other systems to track projects workflows and key deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and culturally appropriate manner.
  • Assist with event coordination travel arrangements and office administration.

About You

  • Preferable someone who identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
  • Strong administration and executive support experience ideally within the notforprofit sector.
  • Proven ability to work independently manage competing priorities and problemsolve effectively.
  • Experience usingMonday or similar workflow/project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
