As a Rostering Coordinator at VMCH you will play a key part in managing and optimising our client service delivery. Your key responsibilities include creating and maintaining effective rosters coordinating support worker schedules and handling unallocated shifts in a fastpaced environment. You will ensure timely communication with support workers and handle administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining enquiry registers. Additionally you will assist support workers with client queries manage customer service requests and adhere to risk management and quality standards. Your role is crucial in facilitating smooth transitions enhancing client care and contributing to continuous improvement.
