Responsibilities:
Endtoend HR activities of Employee Engagement Payroll Retention Grievance redressal Disciplinary issues Employee Engagement HR MIS Salary Exits and to manage direct control and process the companys payroll and all other payrollrelated duties and all Generalist Role
Salary Range 3536 K CTC
Experience should be with manufacturing unit Candidate should have knowledge about PF Esic Compliance Payroll Labour Compliance All generalist activities have to handle.
