Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and provide clear detailed service recommendations.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule service appointments coordinate with service technicians and keep customers informed of their vehicles status.
- Customer Education: Explain recommended services maintenance schedules and the benefits of routine vehicle care with professionalism and expertise.
- Upselling and Promotions: Inform customers about available promotions service packages and additional services maximizing customer value through relevant upselling.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is essential.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive services and maintenance practices.
- Background Check: Successful applicants must undergo a background check.
- Drivers Abstract: A clean drivers abstract must be provided as part of the hiring process.
