Job Description

24 mos. trg. or 24 mos. exp. in preparing &/or presenting educational materials concerning wildlife & plants; valid drivers license.
Or completion of undergraduate major program core coursework in natural sciences (e.g. biology botany zoology); valid drivers license.
Or 12 mos. exp. as Naturalist 22541; valid drivers license.
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

What we need:
What you will do
- Plans & conducts cultural history recreation & interpretive programs;
- Establishes goals & priorities for programming & supervise assigned staff;
- Assists with planning & coordination of events & program initiatives;
- Oversees & provides care for program animals;
- Oversees planning interpretive development & improvements of trail systems;
- Performs public relations & marketing activities serving as the public face of the park for natureoriented programming;
- Works with special interest groups (e.g. school groups volunteers);
- Starting hourly pay $23.89/hr. with multiple pay increases over your first 3.5 years of service with an end salary of $29.09/hr.
