About the Role
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician ready to step into a leadership role. We re looking for a working HVAC Field Supervisor to lead projects in the Savannah market support field operations and relieve some project oversight from management. This position blends field service work with quoting light project management and team support. If you re ready to grow into a leadership path while staying close to the work this is your next step.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor field HVAC techs on jobsites
Support quoting light project coordination and communication with office team
Troubleshoot and service rooftop units splits VRF systems and Liebert units
Ensure safety quality and performance standards are upheld in the field
Oversee scheduling and technician assignments in coordination with dispatch
Maintain equipment and materials monitor tool condition and usage
Represent the company in customer communications and on-site discussions
Provide feedback and assist in hiring training and evaluating field techs
Requirements
5 years of commercial HVAC experience (Rooftop units splits VRF Liebert systems preferred)
Leadership experience in a field or supervisory capacity
Strong troubleshooting and system diagnostic skills
Ability to manage schedules support quoting and coach junior technicians
EPA Universal Certification required
Valid driver s license with clean driving record
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working part-field / part-office and supporting admin responsibilities
