Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator to join our team in Hayward CA! Were looking for someone who can thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoys working with diverse teams!
Job Title: Onsite Coordinator Pay Rate: $23/hr
Schedule: MondayFriday 12 PM 9 PM (Saturdays as needed)

Job Summary:
As an Onsite Coordinator at Full Steam Staffing youll play a pivotal role in overseeing our workforce ensuring safety and maintaining excellent client communication. Your constant availability to employees clients and management ensures seamless operations and topnotch customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Manage attendance and punctuality of OnSite employees.
- Provide leadership and professionalism to OnSite team members.
- Prioritize tasks meet deadlines and maintain efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with workers compensation and manage injury events.
- Conduct preshift safety meetings and certify employees on Material Handling Equipment.
- Perform safety walks to maintain a secure work environment.
- Administer timekeeping programs for accurate employee hours.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports as needed.
- Implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Maintain and update employee databases regularly.
- Support OnSite Manager with additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED minimum.
- Warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word) and excellent computer skills.
- Fluency in Spanish (reading writing speaking) is required.
