Job Description

Department: Procurement

Position Overview:

The mandate of the IT Asset Management Analyst is to support the broader Procurement team. You will work closely with various teams including Finance and Technology to monitor and manage all IT assets through the endtoend process of its life cycle.

  • Technology Asset Management and Lifecycle Tracking
  • Expedite and track purchase orders relating to the movement disposal of IT Hardware
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information such as price availability and delivery
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as Technology Finance and others to ensure adherence with firms vendor management policies and procedures
  • Review and approve invoices relating to the purchase orders create
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate procurement records and documentation

Required Skills:

  • Experience within technology procurement
  • Experience working with Accounts Payable
  • Ability to multitask
  • Collaborator with excellent communication skills
  • Diligent and able to think quickly in a demanding environment
