Your Role & Impact
As an IT Asset Management Analyst youll play a vital role in optimizing the lifecycle of IT hardware assets ensuring theyre deployed tracked refreshed and retired with efficiency and accuracy. Youll be at the heart of driving improvements in asset data quality managing device provisioning and aligning hardware with job rolescreating a seamless experience for our teams across the UK and EU.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop expertise in ITAM ServiceNow and best practices in data governance. Youll also get the chance to collaborate with colleagues across IT HR and thirdparty partners to drive scalable asset management solutions and continuous process improvements.
What Youll Be Doing:

Manage IT Assets: Support the asset lifecycle processtracking deploying refreshing and retiring IT hardware across the UK and EU regions.

Shape the Future of IT Operations: Contribute to developing structured refresh planning to maintain uptodate device estates and reduce support costs and disruptions for end users.

Data Accuracy is Key: Maintain and enhance asset data quality in the CMDB and other ITAM tools applying best practices for data governance.

RoleBased Provisioning: Help manage rolebased hardware profiles (aka Team Member Personas) to ensure devices align with the specific needs of different business functions.

CrossTeam Collaboration: Work with IT HR and vendor teams to streamline asset provisioning and lifecycle management processes that support onboarding transitions and offboarding.

Optimize ServiceNow Workflows: Assist in the optimization of ServiceNow workflows with opportunities to learn about process automation and improvement in largescale IT environments.

Build Reporting & Insights: Develop your skills in reporting by helping track key asset KPIs like refresh schedules device age and data accuracy.
What Were Looking For:

Handson Experience: Some experience or coursework in IT Asset Management (ITAM) IT support or related fields.

DetailOriented: You have a sharp eye for detail when it comes to managing data and documentation.

Analytical Thinker: Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive mindset for identifying opportunities to improve processes.

ServiceNow Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITAM platforms is a plus and well support your growth if needed.

Organized & Efficient: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep accurate records.

Strong Communicator: You can clearly communicate both in writing and verbally and enjoy working across teams to achieve common goals.

Team Player: Collaborative and openminded but also comfortable working independently and driving your own initiatives.
Desirable Experience:

Experience in IT support operations procurement or service desk environments.

Exposure to CMDB hardware refresh programs or provisioning processes.

Familiarity with asset tracking tools like Lansweeper SCCM JAMF or similar platforms.

A keen interest in process optimization IT service delivery and data governance.
Why Join Us
This is a hybrid working role with flexibility working mainly from home and just 12 days per week at our Leeds Head Office. Youll work a standard 37.5hour week with occasional travel to other UK office locations. A UK driving license is helpful but not required.
