Enter data into the Fleet Maintenance database (AssetWorks M5
Produce reports from the Fleet Maintenance database analyze fleet data
Assist with fleet budget preparation
Develop vehicle and equipment purchase orders in accordance with budget
Coordinate upfitting of vehicles and equipment with thirdparty vendors
Write vehicle and equipment specifications; verify upon delivery
Develop and evaluate technical specification standards for acquisition and upfitting
Process title paperwork for license plates; ensure vehicles are registered/renewed appropriately and in a timely fashion
Execute the disposal process of fleet vehicles and equipment; track and prepare data for investment recovery
Develop datadriven reports for vehicle and equipment lifecycle management
Process paperwork for oversized overweight SMM (Special Mobile Machinery) vehicles and equipment
Process paperwork for Department of Transportation certification of vehicles and equipment
Manage records prepare reports and forecast vehicle usage and replacement
Monitor emergency repairs requests
Schedule preventative maintenance; monitor repair schedules
Assign temporary vehicles to employees during repairs
Assist with reconcilng work orders; process and distribute invoices for payment
Maintain and manage the fleet computer database; input updated information; and prepare reports
Collect data to track efficiency and quality of service

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
Knowledge of:
Fleet management principles procedures practices and techniques
Vehicle design specification construction and operation
Budget and fiscal expenditure
Knowledge of pertinent federal state and local laws codes and regulations
An Ability to:
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade (high school diploma or GED)
Three years of fulltime fleet management program management project management or in a related field

Fleet management experience
Experience in acquisition/procurement
Experience working in a government setting
Experience using Assetworks M5 Fleet Management software
Possess or willing to obtain within 12months if hire an Emissions Inspectors Certification
