Job Description

Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanadas first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have 10 dealerships consisting of 23 different franchises and over 900 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 8 dealerships and 2 more located in central Illinois. We are currently searching for an experienced Warranty Manager to handle multiple franchises.This position can be executed remotely most of the time. We need a candidate that is committed and ready and capable to take on challenges. This is a rare opportunity for someone to move to the next level in their career.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure assigned dealerships are paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing flagging submitting and following up on each claim
  • Coordinates with service management team and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
  • Communicates with service management and service advisors to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations
  • Prepares reviews and processes all warranty claims
  • Keep abreast of all factory recalls announcements and procedures
  • Maintain manufacturer training requirements for all assigned franchises
Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of automotive parts and service.
  • Experience with multiple franchises
  • Can work in a fastpaced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
  • Must have excellent administrative organizational and communication skills
  • Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
