We have an exciting opportunity available within our People and Capability team located in Salisbury Brisbane for a Learning and Development Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences that drive professional growth. You will play a critical role in designing implementing and managing training programs that enhance skills boost performance and support career progression.
What will your day look like
- Coordinating and delivering engaging training programs (online and inperson)
- Supporting career development initiatives
- Managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Evaluating training effectiveness and recommending improvements
- Assisting with leadership and professional development programs
- Ensuring compliance with training and development policies
- Working with learning management systems such as LearnUpon Articulate and Camtasia
