Job Description
Description of the role:
The Sales BDC Agent is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales leads as well as providing exceptional customer service to potential and existing clients. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales leads and inquiries through phone email and online chat
- Manage and update customer database with accurate and detailed information
- Follow up with potential customers to schedule appointments or provide additional information
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget
- Provide information about product features pricing and promotions
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth sales process
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of sales leads
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
