MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities:
- Order confirmation from Clients
- Payment follow ups from client side
- Coordination with HO personals related to branch requirements
- Handling of retail customers as well existing customers
- Dispatch monitoring
- Providing service support to clients and resolving their issues/ concerns to attain a high degree of customer satisfaction and enhance retention.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Qualification: Any graduate / MBA
- Work Experience: Preferable 1 year (Fresher with good communication can also apply)
- Good English communication skills
