We are looking for an exceptional Emerging Account Executive to join our growing team in the UK&I business. In this role you will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close. Success in this role over the next 2 years would open up the opportunity for progression into more senior new business and account management sales roles.
Please note this is a hybrid role in our London office. We anticipate 3 days in the office 2 days WFH.
In this role you will also be responsible to:
Running discovery calls with new prospective customers
Execute outbound campaigns to generate selfsourced pipelines
Meet and exceed annual and quarterly sales targets
Win New Logo accounts in the sub500 employee segment
Account Managing some existing customers to expand their platform usage by expanding into new departments and new use cases.
Build a deep understanding of the Workato platform and key customer usecases along with references and business benefit validation points.
Understand customer needs and requirement
Be a company builder i.e. consistently seek opportunities to grow Workatos business
Share best practices and original thinking back into the organization
Maintain accurate records in key business systems such as Salesforce Outreach and Boostup.
2 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role working both inbound and outbound prospecting sequences in the technology space.
Demonstrate tenacity grit and resilience when faced with adverse conditions.
You have experience handling and owning relationships with midmarket customers
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
You have experience navigating Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting applications
You are an enthusiastic energetic team player who is comfortable working in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
You are known for your strong work ethic and hunter mentality
You desire to build something new that can change the world versus fitting neatly into a large company with an established static playbook.
You are a competitor with a thirst for success and a cando attitude.
You enjoy problem solving and can demonstrate an ability to develop creative ideas to address new opportunities or challenges you face.
You will be naturally good at managing your time and balancing a number of conflicting priorities.
You are fearless on the telephone and will use guile and smarts to navigate prospects to get to the right person.
You will have a strong morale compass and apply your values to the way we conduct business with new prospects and existing clients.
