Job Description

Location: Anywhere in Southern Thailand where shrimp farming exists

Work Mode: Remote/Hybrid (Home/OfficeBased) with regular calls video calls and occasional inperson visits to farms or events

About the Role

Were looking for an ambitious gogetter who doesnt take no for an answer someone whos driven to make a real difference in the lives of shrimp farmers. Your mission: help farmers help themselves by introducing them to HydroNeos technology and guiding them from gutfeeling decisions to datadriven professional farm management. The role is mostly office/homebased focused on highvolume outreach via calls and video but also includes occasional farm visits expos and local events when needed to close deals and build trust in person.

This is not your average sales job. Its about impact trustbuilding and driving change in an industry that is ripe for transformation.

Tasks

  • Identify qualify and engage shrimp farmers and stakeholders via calls and video meetings
  • Educate potential customers on the value of HydroNeos technology and how it transforms their farm operations
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline follow up proactively and close deals
  • Organize and attend onsite farm visits trade shows and local events in the South when needed
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure a great customer journey
  • Track customer interactions and insights using our CRM tools
  • Continuously look for ways to improve our outreach and sales processes

Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in sales business development or customerfacing roles
  • Not afraid of the phone you love talking to people and know how to win trust quickly
  • Selfdriven proactive and motivated to hit targets and make an impact
  • Comfortable working independently but collaborative when it counts
  • Passion or interest in aquaculture agriculture or sustainability is a big plus
  • Techsavvy and open to using digital tools to improve your workflow
  • Thai native speaker basic English skills for internal communication
